We collect: (a) Account data — name, email address, company name, and hashed password when you register; (b) Usage data — API requests made, credits consumed, job history, and timestamps; (c) Billing data — plan type, payment status, Stripe customer and subscription IDs (we never store full card numbers); (d) Technical data — IP addresses, browser/client user agents, and request logs for security and rate-limiting purposes.
We use your data to: provide and maintain the Service; process billing and manage subscriptions via Stripe; send transactional emails such as account confirmation and invoices; detect and prevent fraud or abuse; improve the Service through aggregated, anonymized analytics; comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
For EU/EEA residents, we process your data on the following legal bases: Contract performance — to provide services you have subscribed to; Legitimate interests — to prevent fraud, improve security, and maintain service reliability; Legal obligation — to comply with applicable laws; Consent — for optional communications, which you may withdraw at any time.
We share your data only with: Stripe (payment processing, located in the US — subject to Standard Contractual Clauses); Railway (infrastructure hosting, located in the US); Vercel (frontend hosting, located in the US); Resend (transactional email). We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
We retain account data for as long as your account is active, plus 90 days after closure to allow for dispute resolution. Usage logs are retained for 12 months. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by applicable tax law. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting support.
Under GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data; rectify inaccurate data; request erasure ("right to be forgotten"); restrict or object to processing; data portability; lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain your session and authenticate your dashboard. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You may manage cookies through your browser settings; however, disabling session cookies will prevent you from using the dashboard.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including TLS encryption in transit, bcrypt password hashing, API key hashing, and access controls. No system is completely secure; we encourage you to use a strong, unique password and keep your API keys confidential.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
